This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the author of MyBatis Log Panda Plugin ("the Software") for the use of the Software.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

• Share your license key or account with others

3. OWNERSHIP

The Software is licensed, not sold. The author retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

4. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTION

• The Software requires a valid paid license for use
• License fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Subscription licenses must be renewed to continue using the Software
• Failure to pay will result in license termination

5. UPDATES AND SUPPORT

• The author may provide updates and bug fixes at their discretion
• Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis
• No guarantee of specific features or update schedules

6. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

8. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the author concerning the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
